Standard in-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days. For heavy machinery or custom-built solutions, lead times vary by manufacturer and will be clearly communicated during the quoting process.

Do you provide proof of testing or load certificates?

Absolutely. Most of our rigging hardware and lifting devices come with manufacturer test certificates. If you require specific serialized load test documentation, please request this at the time of purchase.

What is your return policy for industrial equipment?

Unused equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days, subject to a restocking fee. Please note that custom-fabricated items, such as cut-to-length chain or wire rope, are non-returnable.
